By booking with Paws For Thought Dog Training, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions. Your contract with us begins once your booking is completed and these terms are accepted.

1. Booking & Payment

Your place on any course or session will be confirmed once full payment has been received.
Please ensure payment is made promptly to secure your space.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Group Classes: If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 72 hours before the first session so we can offer your place to someone else.
1-to-1 Sessions: We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made after these deadlines are not eligible for a refund.

3. Health & Vaccinations

Please ensure your dog is in good health and up to date with vaccinations before attending any class or session.

4. Liability & Insurance

Paws For Thought Dog Training holds full public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

5. Privacy

Your personal information is treated with care and used only for communication and bookings.
We do not share your details with third parties.
