One-off Session – £95

Perfect if you’d like some immediate support and a clear training plan to get started.

Two-Session Package -£180 (£90 per session)

Gives us the chance to build on the initial session and track progress.

Three-Session Package – £255 (£85 per session)

Allows more time to review progress and tailor the plan as things develop.

Four-Session Package – £320 (£80 per session)

Ideal for more complex issues or when you'd like ongoing support.
